Return Policy

At Modesh Rigal, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item within 7 days of receiving it.

Eligibility for Return:

• Item must be in original condition, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Request a Return:

1. Email us at modeshrigal@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item to request a return.
2. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send back the item.
3. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue.

Exceptions:

• Custom products, personalized items, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
