Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Once an order is processed, customized, or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

  • To request cancellation, email us at modeshrigal@gmail.com with your Order ID.

Note:
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

2. Cancellation by Modesh Rigal

Modesh Rigal reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • Suspected fraudulent transactions

  • Violation of Terms of Service

  • Unforeseen logistical or operational issues

In such cases, customers will be notified and a full refund will be issued.

3. Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

A return or refund request will be considered only if:

  • A valid reason is provided

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue cannot be resolved by our support team

The product must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Include original packaging, tags, and accessories

  • Be in resellable condition

Modesh Rigal reserves the right to approve or reject any return request after inspection.

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Special order items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Important:

  • Orders placed using discount or coupon codes are not eligible for monetary refunds

  • In such cases, only store credit will be provided

  • COD orders are not eligible for refunds

5. Important Conditions

  • Refunds will only be processed if the issue cannot be resolved through replacement, exchange, or support

  • Once a product has been replaced or exchanged, it cannot be returned again

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side

  2. Share your Order ID and clear product images

  3. Our team will review within 24–48 business hours

  4. If approved, return instructions will be provided

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

7. Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated after a quality inspection of the returned product

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 3 business days

  • The amount will reflect in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider
